What do you do for sustainability?
To us, sustainability is a core part of being a successful brand and we strive to act in an ethical, transparent and responsible way, with the aim to become B-Corp certified in 2024. All our products are fully recyclable, plastic free and make in the UK.
1% of monthly revenue is donated to S.A.C.R.E.D. A not-for-profit corporation that helps improve the lives and environment in the rural Mexican communities where heritage agave spirits are made.
Where can I buy Pimentae?
You can buy our cocktails straight from the website and in Waitrose. It's also available in over 400+ stores nationwide!

What flavours of margarita do you do?
We currently have 3 tequila cocktails:
Spicy Margarita: Tequila, Lime, Chilli, Agave, 14.5% ABV
Tommy’s Margarita: Tequila, Lime, Agave, 14.5% ABV
Cucumber Margarita: Tequila, Cucumber, Elderflower, Lime, Agave, 14.5% ABV
What Tequila do you use?
We are proud partners of Casa Maestri, an incredible, family-run distillery. Established in 1951, Casa Maestri boasts the best agave fields in their hacienda located in San Julian, Jalisco. As a result of their dedication to tradition, quality, and honesty, they are now recognized as one of the best tequila producers in Mexico. Cheers to that!
Are your products vegan?
Yes! Our margaritas are vegan, gluten free and they're proudly made in the UK!
Why is there sediment in my drink?
What you’re seeing is totally normal with our Margaritas—since we use real, fresh lime juice to keep that bright, natural flavour, a bit of separation can happen. All you need to do is give the bottle a good shake, and it’ll be perfectly smooth and delicious!
Rest assured, this has nothing to do with the liquid being off. All our drinks are carefully crafted to be 12-month shelf-stable, so you can enjoy them with confidence. It’s just one of the quirks of using high-quality, natural ingredients!
Can I recycle your products?
Absolutely! Our products are 100% plastic-free and come in recyclable bottles and packaging. Plus, our bottles are like little storytellers waiting to inspire new adventures. So, sip responsibly and get creative with your upcycling game!
What formats do you do?
Our cocktails are available in a range of formats to suit any occasion:
- 125ml Cans: Perfect for enjoying on the go or sharing with friends, our cans are available in packs of 8 or 12.
- 50cl Bottles: A great option for gifting or enjoying at home.
- Gift Hampers: Beautifully packaged and ready to impress, ideal for special occasions.
For larger gatherings, events, or stockists, we offer our cocktails in 5-litre Bag-in-Boxes and 20-litre Kegs. These formats provide convenient, eco-friendly solutions for serving at scale. For more details, please visit our Events page.

Absolutely! Our margarita can be delivered straight to your door anywhere in the UK.

What’s the scoop on delivery?
We're all about speedy sips! We ship our orders through DPD next day delivery for England & Wales addresses when orders are placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday.*
Orders to Northern Ireland and Scotland are sent on two day delivery.
* Merch is shipped separately to the rest of the order and the estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.
All shipping costs are specified at checkout.
Refund policy?
Due to the nature of goods sold, we do not offer returns on any of our drinks. We offer refunds when the order arrives damaged or we will send a replacement at your request. If orders arrive late please attach evidence and contact us on hello@pimentaedrinks.com and we will refund shipping.
My order arrived damaged?
Please email hello@pimentaedrinks.com with photo evidence of the damage. We will (1) arrange a refund exclusive of shipping costs or (2) send a replacement product.
